For the last two years we have been helping organizations to improve their performance and productivity, primarily through alignment of the corporate strategy, human factor (or social aspect) and processes (technical aspects).

There are no two identical organizations and therefore no universal solution in terms of productivity. Yet one thing that we are noticing is that there is a huge problem with Strategy execution. One thing is to name the strategy and entirely different story is how to get there. Executing the behavior, the performance that is required to get to the goal – this is where the companies are usually tending to fall down.

You have to change your culture to match, to be aligned with your business strategy. Very often they are not aligned. Very often a senior executive team are coming up with excellent marketing strategy that defined future business and economic performance (“Where do we want to go” and “Who do we want to be in the future”). They may involve small number of executives or line managers to help them to develop this strategy and then present it to the entire organization. The bottleneck usually is, despite the fact how genius strategy is, if the company doesn’t understand the means how execute it – this strategy won’t be implemented in full.

This is what this service is about – how to create ongoing and continuous alignment of human resources, capabilities and social factors with processes and technical side of the execution in order to meet the need of the business strategy, so that important strategic and operational decisions can be quickly translated into actions.

In our work we widely apply Agile methodology, where it fits best and serves the business goals, however we don’t stick to it 100% and believe that every situation is unique, and one approach can’t satisfy everyone’s needs. We work closely with the organization to develop the system, that will work specifically for them and drives their outcomes.
