We are a small team, who is passionate about organizational development.
The team with the essence believe, that our work and life should inspire us, motivate to explore and go beyond the borders, to discover new pinnacles, to take challenges and by that grow.
In our role we help small and medium companies, with 10 to 100 employees typically, understand how to optimize their strategical views, talent acquisition, retention and engagement practices, integrate processes to really drive business performance for them.
We came with different backgrounds - management, strategical, HR, research & consulting, so all the information that we share with our clients is both research- & practical-based, looking at how companies can apply best-practices and latest research outcomes to solve very particular business challenges.
In our own approach we implement the same values, having drive and total engagement with every new project and do it in a pretty cool way.
Hi, my name is Julia Stavrou and I’m the founder of AMUZO Consulting. Executive coach and management consultant. Originally from Latvia, now living in Cyprus, the wife and the mother.
I hold a Bachelor degree in Information Systems in Management and Master degree in Business Administration from the Baltic International Academy in Latvia, as well as a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from The University of Oxford, at Said Business School.
